Refund and Return Policy
Original artworks
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction when it comes to purchasing original artworks. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Original artworks must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Merchandise items (t-shirts, magnets, etc.)
For merchandise items derived from our artworks, such as t-shirts, magnets, and other similar products, you may request an exchange or a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Process
- Contact us : Send an email via our contact form with your order number and details of the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Prepare your return: Make sure the products are properly packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
- Send your return: Use the carrier of your choice and send the items to the following address: 91 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Artworks damaged after delivery, unless the damage was caused during shipping
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email via our contact form and send your item to the following address: 91 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris
