General Terms and Conditions of Sale
01. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Galerie Montorgueil and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter “the Client”) wishing to make a purchase through the online store’s website.
02. Order
The Client may place an order through the website. Once the order is confirmed, the Client will receive a confirmation email. Galerie Montorgueil reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Client with whom there is an existing dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.
03. Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT). Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client and are specified before the order is confirmed.
04. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. The Client may pay by credit card or any other payment method offered on the website.
05. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the Client at the time of the order. Galerie Montorgueil cannot be held responsible for input errors or delivery delays caused by the carriers.
06. Right of Withdrawal
The Client has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties, except for return shipping costs.
07. Warranty
The products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law.
